- My name is Elisa Negrete I’m the grandma of Victoria she’s 4 years old I’m trying to raise fund to help me out in court to finish paying my lawyer that has help me since I got her when Cps removed her this would help me a lot to not lose custody of her which I have been the provider since she was 3 months old Cps had removed her from there parents because of Domestic Violence I always try and reached out to the mom to come with her daughter but she didn’t want to come and stay with her while I had her for Cps case to investigate and dad was in jail. The court had requested some classes, drug test and they never did anything to show court or prove they wanted to change for their daughter I have full custody of her in papers but mom in a visit day didn’t return her back which is one day only of visit stating I had hit her which was never true because that Friday morning I checked her when I showered her and she didn’t had the bruises that mom showed Cps she’s making false accusations because I would NEVER hurt my little girl she’s like another daughter to me I have be her caregiver since she was born till now mom and dad never gave me anything like money,pampers, clothes never ask if she had food or if I needed help in anyway Im desperate I don’t wanna lose her because of the false accusations she’s using against me this would help me a lot and I would appreciate it I hope the true comes out and if she hit my little girl I hope she goes to jail cause that’s not okay to try and cover herself and make false accusations on my name and want to take her away when she never prove the court that she was better out of drugs keeps getting back with my son and having domestic violence and she sees everything and tells me and it’s hurtful to hear a 4 year old stating how her parents get violent.
