Stand with Edward Hooker in His Health Battle

Hi my name is Shannon and my Father Edward Hooker was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure. He has dialysis twice a week. He has other health issues as well on top of all this. So with all of this he isn't able to work.. My father has worked since he was 15 years old..So if you know my father he's not happy.. He's always been a hard worker..He has so many doctors appointments coming up. He has to have a couple of surgeries in the next coming months.. Since he is no longer able to work and can't get disability, Until November.. and they are about to be evicted from their home. Now on top they don't know what they are going to do. With no place to live..My step mom gets SSI. But that don't help cover their bill.. they don't like to ask for help.. I hate to see that my Dad has to go through this. He's a great man, if you can find it in your heart to help out in any way, would be very very much appreciated.. this was our last resort.. Thank you his Daughter Shannon Hooker..
