Hello all and welcome to the event page for the 7th Stephen's Day Rat Race!

This year's race will have face paint for our rats!

Whether a seasoned runner or a complete novice, the Rat Race is your chance to channel your inner rodent and explore Dublin 6! The race begins by Palmerston Park (at the top of Palmerston Road), and takes in the sights of Ratmines, Ratgar, Terenure, the River Dodder and Dartry. Further route details to come! Non-runners are very welcome to encourage our rats on their run.

For this year's Rat Race, all donations from runners and spectators alike will be given to the Dublin Simon Community.

11:00 Registration opens for the rat race!

11:15-11:30- Rats warm up.

11:30-12:00 - Rats off

12:00-13:00 - Warm refreshments and joy

Entry into the race will include:

Rat whiskers

Rat tails

Hydration products (water, tea and port!)

Nutritional products (bananas and mince pies)

An official Rat Race certificate
