Teresia Nungari Ng’ang’a was diagnosed with endometrial Cancer in 2011. She underwent surgery followed by radiotherapy treatment at the Cancer Care M.P. Shah hospital in Nairobi. She fought the first round and won victoriously!
She was Cancer free for almost four years.
Following a recent routine check-up, doctors found a relapse and metastasis of the Cancer.
Teresia is determined to fight this. As a family we decided to seek treatment in India and she is currently undergoing Chemotherapy treatment. The costs involved are overwhelmingly high. Unfortunately she is not covered by insurance.
