Smudge's Pet Hospital Costs
Doação protegida
Josiah and I lost Smudge on 8/10/19 at around 2am. It was extremely sudden, and we did what we could to save him, but it wasn't enough.
Smudge was our whole world, and I'm not sure right now how we're going to pick up the pieces and move on from this. But the costs from his emergency hospital visit were much higher than we ever would have guessed they could be, and it's put us in financial trouble.
Josiah is starting school again this month, so we were already bracing ourselves for tuition and fees in addition to our normal monthly costs of rent and bills. But now, with paying to try and save our dog, we are in serious risk of not having enough to pay for our home.
If we can raise enough money to cover the vet bills and hospital costs we've had for Smudge, we'll be okay until Josiah and I can start bringing in money from our jobs at the end of the month. Ideally, we'd like to have the funds from this fundraiser within 2 weeks.
We can't say how much we appreciate anyone who is able to donate, it's hard enough losing our [giant] baby boy. Having to suddenly worry about how we're going to afford our lives is just crushing.
