My name is Emily and my husband is Alex. We live next door to neighbor Mike. Many of you see his funny antics I post, but this time it's different.

Neighbor Mike has fallen on hard times and has lost his job. Never has Mike asked for anything he didn't earn, even though he deserves everything good that comes his way. Never has he been dealt a good hand, but he's still playing with the cards he has. For the first time in his 61 years, we want him to feel supported.

I am wanting to raise money to help him pay his mortgage for a few months until he secures a job. Neighbor Mike does not know I am putting this fundraiser together, because he would tell me not to do it. Neighbor Mike gives to others but never asks for anything in return.
