Shelly Brienzi Cancer Treatment

My Lil Sister, Shelly Bean, has been diagnosed with Stage 2 Metastatic Breast Cancer. She is undergoing chemo and will have surgery and then radiation, over the next 12 or so months. She was recently told that she does not qualify for FMLA, due to her lack of tenure (12 months is required, and she has only at her current employer for eight months. Her previous employer was eight years). She is a single Mom and head of household with three adult children. This woman has the heart of a Saint and a soul of gold; her laugh will make you giggle uncontrollably! We are VERY grateful for any help you might be able to provide, regardless of the amount.
