Jason’s Road to Recovery
Doação protegida
Hey everyone,
This is the Frieh family reaching out to the public in a plea for support. We are starting this gofundme for our 26 year old son, and brother Jason. He is by far the hardest working man anyone could ever meet. Jason works as an engineer on a drill ship in the Gulf of Mexico, working a schedule of 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. When he is home he employs himself in the forestry industry taking down trees.
As some of you may know, on Thursday, July 29, Jason’s life changed. While roughly 40 feet up a tree Jason fell. We are beyond thankful that he is still with us today. That being said Jason was seriously injured. The fall fractured 6 vertebrae in his back, fractured his tailbone, and broke his pelvic bone - requiring surgery. While the doctors are confident that he will make a full recovery, it will be at least 12 weeks before he even walks again. Jason faces an extremely long and intensive recovery in the upcoming months.
We believe that Jason’s recovery is all that he should have worry about. That is why we are reaching out to you. Without the help from generous donors this will be a huge financial burden on him. Potentially diminishing everything he has worked so hard for in life. We ask that you please consider helping out an amazing person during such a difficult time. Anything is greatly appreciated!!
Stay safe!
Thank you,
The Frieh family
