I’m Caroline, co-creator of the fusion between GOGI (Getting Out by Going In) and innerdance. Over the next four months, I’ll be part of a dream team bringing GOGI LIFE TOOLS—grounded in cognitive behavioural transformation—together with the sound and vibrations of innerdance into prisons in California and potentially Oregon.

This isn’t just a visit—it’s a movement. We’re offering real, embodied tools for self-reflection, emotional regulation, and personal growth. Through sound, stillness, and deep listening, we help inmates shift patterns, awaken self-awareness, and reconnect with who they are beyond their past.

Each prison visit costs around $5,000, covering fuel, accommodation, and essential resources. Every penny you give goes directly toward bringing this work to more people, allowing us to spend more time inside, reach more inmates, and provide deeper support. We will gather feedback and tailor make a programme and curriculum we can bring back to the UK prison system.
