Please help me create an innerdance protocol within prisons.

I am asking for gifts to support me in this process...This isn’t just a visit—it’s a movement. I am offering real, embodied tools for self-reflection, emotional regulation, and personal growth. Through sound, stillness, and deep listening, I will help inmates shift patterns, awaken self-awareness, and reconnect with who they are beyond their past.

Each prison visit costs around $5,000, covering fuel, accommodation, and essential resources. Every penny you gift me enables me to meet more people, to spend more time inside, reach more inmates, and provide deeper support. I will gather feedback and tailor make a programme and curriculum to bring back to the UK prison system.
