Hi, my name is Caroline, and I’ve come to Los Angeles on a personal mission: to grow, explore, and deepen my work with innerdance therapy—a powerful modality that invites people into profound states of self-healing, self-awareness, and transformation.

This chapter of my journey is focused on developing and refining an innerdance protocol that supports those navigating intense emotional and psychological states—whether they are in structured institutions like prisons or in the more invisible prisons of everyday life: trauma, isolation, disconnection.

My aim is to create something sustainable, intuitive, and trauma-informed that can eventually be shared with facilitators, therapists, and organisations ready to bring deep healing where it’s needed most.
