The community of Preston has endured far too many losses to gun violence, leaving families grieving and searching for justice. Too often, these tragedies are met with silence—without thorough investigations, without accountability, and without the answers that families deserve.

On May 8, 2024, our beloved Tyrell Ramone Beals was taken from us suddenly. He was a son, a father to six children, and a cherished member of our family. His mother, Leslie Sparks, now carries not only the unbearable weight of losing her son but also the financial burdens that come with such a devastating loss.

We are calling on our community and beyond to stand with us. This fundraiser will help us:

Seek justice and demand answers from law enforcement and the justice system.

Support Tyrell’s family, especially his children, as they navigate this heartbreaking reality.

Cover financial expenses, including legal fees, and essential needs for his grieving loved ones.
