On December 26th, my dear friend, Sean Froelich, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He was immediately admitted and a week later the tumor was successfully removed during an 8 hour surgery.

The tumor was located around his brain stem, an incredibly delicate area of the brain that controls a large part of the bodily functions. It damaged the nerves that control the swallow reflex and vocal cord control. Currently, Sean is breathing through a tracheotomy and being feed through a stomach tube. Sean will at minimum need 6 months of constant care to recover from this traumatic surgery and the damage caused by the tumor. He  will likely need some speech and physical therapy as well. This all comes at a significant financial cost to him and his wonderful family. I'm urgently reaching out to everyone to do whatever you can to help my friend and his family get through this tough time and to ensure that we can provide Sean with the best care possible.
