Savopoulos Donation Springbrook '86

Dear Fellow Springbrook Classmates,
This is a private fundraiser to honor our high school classmates Savvas and Amy (Martin) Savopoulos, their son Philip and housekeeper Veralicia Figueroa, whose lives were tragically taken last week.
We are asking for donations to create one-time scholarships for needy students at St. Albans and the National Cathedral School, the two local schools where Savvas and Amy's children have attended. We will split the final donation amount equally between the two schools.
We will also be using part of the donation amount to purchase a standing floral arrangement for the Savopoulos' funeral which will be held on June 1, 2015.
Both the floral arrangement and scholarship donations will be given in the name of Springbook High School Class of 1986, and we will work with the two schools to determine how best to honor those lost when naming the scholarships.
