For years, Tides Waterfront Dining in Caloundra has been more than just a restaurant — it’s been a place where life happens.

What’s happening

Out of nowhere, we’ve been served an eviction notice — leaving with us with less than a month to vacate.

This came just before the recent passing of the building’s owner. The eviction was issued by a power of attorney only days before her death, and the property is now entering probate.

We believe this situation deserves to be properly reviewed — and potentially withdrawn - at least put on hold for the forseable future.

But we can’t do that without help.
