HUMANITARIAN AND EDUCATIONAL PROJECT
Kpapékou – Côte d’Ivoire
SUPPORT THE REHABILITATION OF THE NURSERY, KINDERGARTEN, AND CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL OF THE PARISH OF SAINT JOHN THE EVANGELIST IN KPAPÉKOU
In the heart of Côte d’Ivoire, 11 km from Gagnoa (which lies 270 km from the capital, Abidjan), there is a small village called Kpapékou.
Here, in the simplicity of rural life, the laughter of children echoes each morning as they step with hope into a parish nursery, kindergarten, and primary school, now worn and in need of care.
Beneath leaky roofs, amidst cracked walls, with absent desks and a lack of approved teaching materials, these children still learn with the same wonder and faith.
These classrooms are far more than mere places of instruction.
They are havens of awakening, love, and faith, where the youngest and their elders discover human, personal, and Christian values.
Yet today, this learning environment is exhausted and calls out for our help.
Aware of the precarious condition of these classrooms, Father YAO Kouamé Philippe appeals to your active solidarity.
A small gesture from you = a big smile and a brighter future for these children.
Make a donation today and provide them with the academic knowledge and Christian values they so rightfully deserve.
With your support, we aim to:
Renovate seven (12) classrooms and sanitary facilities,
Repair the roofs and refresh the walls with new paint,
Provide suitable furniture and teaching materials,
Create a safe and educational play and reading area,
Train and engage twelve (12) educators in modern Christian teaching practices.
Every nail hammered, every brushstroke applied, every game installed will be an act of love and hope.
Your contribution, however modest, will directly transform the lives of these two hundred (200) children
A parish transparency committee will oversee the management and monitoring of the funds.
Regular photos, videos, and financial reports will be published on the GoFundMe page to ensure full transparency.
We believe that education, both academic and religious, is a divine work, and that every child deserves a place to learn with dignity.
By participating in this initiative, you become a bearer of light, a builder of the future, and a seed of peace for a new generation.
"Let the little children come to me, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these."
(Matthew 19:14)
Together, let us restore life to these classrooms and inspire the twelve educators and teachers of the Parish of Saint John the Evangelist in Kpapékou.
