Save Shaya Fusion Cuisine
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Glen, and I’m fundraising on behalf of my sister and her family - the Elhadidi’s - who live on Maui, and were directly affected by the wildfires in Lahaina.
By the grace of God, they had just moved out of Lahaina less than 3 months ago.
However, their business, Shaya Fusion Cuisine, remained parked in Lahaina. Access to the Lahaina area is restricted except for emergency personnel, and to this day, they have not been able to see what condition their food truck is in or if it’s salvageable.
Needless to say, this is a very uncertain time for all those affected, and the road to recovery will be difficult for the foreseeable future.
We are super grateful for any support given to my sister and her family. We love them very much and we know they are eager to get back on their feet to continue serving their community.
All donations will directly go towards the Elhadidi family’s efforts to save their business, Shaya Fusion Cuisine.
Thank you to all of you who have already blessed them with your generosity. ❤️

*UPDATE*
I am excited to announce on behalf of my sister and her family that the food truck has been safely recovered with the help of the Maui Police Dept and Hawaii Food Carts LLC! It has been relocated to a safe place on the island and currently going through remediation and repairs. They hope to be back in business within the next month!
We’ll keep you updated.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to Save Shaya Fusion Cuisine! ❤️
