Hello, my name is Alhassan Elmasri and I live in Germany, and today, I reach out to the world with a plea for compassion and support. I am spearheading a GoFundMe campaign on behalf of my family of six cherished members, who are currently enduring an unimaginable crisis in Gaza. In these moments of sheer urgency and despair, I am appealing to your humanity to help facilitate their safe evacuation.

Our Story:

Since October 7th, life has taken a dire turn for my family. Their home neighborhood in the North of Gaza has been obliterated, leading to five forced evacuations under harrowing conditions. Initially seeking refuge with relatives across Gaza, they found no safety as the conflict’s unpredictability followed them, shattering any semblance of security. Today, they reside in a makeshift tent, deprived of the most basic human necessities: sanitation, medical care, food, water, and warmth.

The family consists of my Uncle Ghaleb Elmasri, his wife Sanaa, my cousin Lina and their two children Osama & Yousef, and his husband Saed Shouplaq. Each day, they face starvation, dehydration, and the biting cold, with the added burden of medical conditions that cannot be treated due to the unavailability of medication. Among them, recently my uncle battles diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure without access to his vital medications.
