FUNDS NEEDED

Support OCRRAG and help them oppose Bloor Homes’ intended development of 250 new homes on Green Belt land, south of Chelmsford Road, Ongar, Essex.

Chipping Ongar is an historic, rural market town. It is currently surrounded by farmers’ fields and unspoilt countryside. It has served as a focal point for surrounding villages and hamlets for centuries. Its distinctive character, including two conservation areas, attractive setting within the Green Belt, and cohesive community are key reasons why people value living, working, and socialising in Ongar.

OCRRAG are trying to protect this and need funds to support our campaign. Help us stop Bloor Homes building a housing development on Green Belt land.

We are raising money to help cover the cost of expert reports, legal advice, campaign materials and more. Unfortunately, Bloor Homes have ‘deep pockets’ and so we will need funds to oppose them and the experts they enlist.
