Mr. Golam Mohammod Faruque is a 68-year-old retired aviation engineer currently fighting for his life in a hospital ICU. Once a vibrant and passionate foodie, his life has taken a devastating turn. Today, he faces multiple life-threatening conditions: severe ascites (fluid accumulation in the liver) caused by fatty liver disease, kidney cancer that has spread from his liver, and a severely compressed stomach resulting from a bacterial infection and organ damage.

He is completely unable to eat. Any food or liquid he attempts to consume results in continuous, severe bloody vomiting. To keep him alive, he requires 1 to 2 bags of blood transfusions daily, and he is currently on life support, locked in a brutal battle between life and death.

A 25-Year Nightmare of Misdiagnosis

Mr. Faruque's tragic journey began 20 to 25 years ago. Known for his love of good food, his dietary habits ultimately caught up with him. In his early 40s, experiencing recurring stomach discomfort, he consulted a doctor. During initial therapy, a full-body CT scan revealed minor issues in his stomach.

While under that doctor's care, he initially showed improvement. Tragically, his treating physician passed away due to old age. Mr. Faruque then sought help from a new doctor. Under this new physician, he underwent 6 to 7 additional abdominal CT scans and various blood tests.

It was during this time that the doctor informed him he had B-negative (B-) blood and diagnosed him with liver cancer, for which he underwent 7 to 8 rounds of chemotherapy. Though he felt temporarily relieved, his physical condition steadily deteriorated over the years. This prolonged, complex medical ordeal exhausted his entire life savings, leaving him unable to secure a stable future for his wife and children.

Recently, his previous doctor gave up hope, telling the family that Mr. Faruque would continue to grow weaker until he passed away.

The Heartbreaking Discovery

A short time ago, while family members were visiting his home, Mr. Faruque suffered a catastrophic hemorrhage—vomiting nearly a small bucket of blood, leading to a dangerous drop in blood pressure and unconsciousness.

He was rushed to a major hospital and admitted under the care of a renowned gastroenterologist. After a thorough series of advanced tests, the horrifying truth came to light:

The primary issue was severe liver fluid buildup due to fatty liver.

The cancer had metastasized from his liver to his kidneys.

His stomach has severely compressed, making digestion impossible.

However, the most devastating revelation of all was discovered during routine cross-matching for his emergency blood transfusions: Mr. Faruque’s actual blood group is B-positive (B+), not B-negative (B-)!

For decades, due to a doctor's gross negligence and diagnostic error, he had been receiving treatments and transfusions based on an entirely wrong blood group. Years of medical malpractice had systematically destroyed his body, culminating in his current critical condition in the ICU.
