Save Jeremy's Family Home from Foreclosure

Please help me save my family home. My mom passed away in August 2023. Our family home, which I live in and have lived in while taking care of my mom until she passed, is in foreclosure. I have to pay $4300 by August 2, 2024, to stop the sale of our family home. I currently only owe $12,000 left to pay off the mortgage. I have not had the funds to pay for a probate attorney to transfer our home to my name, so I am unable to borrow from the equity of the property. Please help me save my parents' home. We have owned this home since I can remember, and it was passed to my parents from our family. Please, anything helps. I can't lose this home. I have exhausted all other options.

I have a handyman business, but work is slow. I just started a full-time job in maintenance to increase my income. I am doing all I can; I just need a little help. Thank you so much for all of your help.
