What is happening to my baby cousin Gianluca is a Real Life Horror Tragedy! He’s a beautiful loving 11-year-old boy and our “Justice” system has failed him and his 15-year-old sister! You see, his Older Siblings are in the middle of a Very Intense, Gory, Hard to Listen to Guardianship Legal Battle in San Bernardino County Court and the Judge has recently decided that my youngest cousin should Return to the hands of a Rapist, a Child Abuser, a Batterer, a Wife Beater, a Master Manipulator, a Real Life Serial Criminal Monster, the Devil Himself. I was at the last Court Hearing supporting my cousins, and the only reason this happened is because that Monster showed up to court with a Lawyer, while our side was Self Represented, and after a heated legal battle the Lawyer helped tip the Scales of Injustice towards the Monster’s side and the Judge ordered that my cousin Return to the hell hole he had just been Rescued from! Thankfully his sister is considered old enough to decide for herself and was allowed a choice and she chose to stay in the care of her older sibling rather than go back to Hell itself. Unfortunately we could not Save Gianluca.

Please help us raise funds to help my Cousins hire a Legal Team which will be needed to prove that the Hell that child is now living in is no place for anyone much less a place for a sweetheart of a child who still has a chance at saving what little innocence he has left.

Gianluca 11, and Gianinna 15, are at Center of this Heated Legal Guardianship Battle. This case was opened in San Bernardino County in mid November 2025, after the minor children were left in the care of their adult sisters Nancy 22, and Fiorella 19 after having experienced an Extremely Violent Family Domestic Dispute involving all four siblings and their Parents Jorge 55, Father and Andrea 42, Mother, which after the incident was left with a facial wound that required 3 stitches! Jorge was arrested for Battery and Andrea was taken in for a 51-50! Unfortunately this is a common occurrence in the home but this time the kids had enough!

Even though their Abuser had lied to the Four Verastegui Siblings their whole life and isolated them from any other family contact, the adult sisters had enough of the suffering and trauma and were ready to finally stand up the Monsters they called Mom and Dad. They called their Oldest Brother Andre and thankfully he came running and rescued the Verastegui Siblings and they said goodbye to their Hell of a Home once and for all, or so they thought.

Once again the system started to fail them. First, the Moreno Valley Police Department failed to arrest Jorge for Domestic Violence after he threatened a lawsuit, so instead Fiorella had to perform a Citizen’s Arrest. Next, the judge almost didn’t approve the Emergency Temporary Guardianship appointment but at the last minute Fiorella made an impassioned plea to the court and after telling her disturbing story the Judge had no other choice but to approve it: Small Win. Then, the court ordered CPS Investigation came back riddled with false statements and accusations. The whole report was designed to cover CPS’s ass rather than protect the vulnerable children pleading for help! Finally, the Judge had “enough” to order the youngest back home after escaping his home for a Whole Month. The older 15 year old was able to exercise her right to decide that she would not return. After court adjourned, Gianluca begged the Judge for “One More Day” but he refused. He was taken away crying and screaming.

Unfortunately the Verastegui Siblings are accustomed to the system failing them. In the past they have had over 20 CPS Cases all of which were unfounded, Jorge has a long history and criminal record of Domestic Violence, Andrea has a very unstable mental condition for which she is medicated for. An investigation for Rape where the prime suspect was Jorge, was closed after insufficient evidence was found. After almost killing Fiorella and leaving her with permanent brain damage from a concussion that came from Jorge savagely beating Fiorella’s head against a metal door frame, again he got away with it because aside from the Violent Physical Abuse, the underlying Physiological Abuse the Verastegui Siblings suffered from both parents kept them frozen in fear.

Every time CPS, the Police, School, Friends, or Family came around asking questions the Verastegui Siblings were warned to never expose the truth or there would be dire consequences both physical and ultimately financial because they were gaslighted to believe that they could not ever survive without their Father, a disgusting lie.

Things started to change once the most disgusting sin that Jorge committed, was exposed. Andrea has a daughter from a previous relationship, Aylen 24. Aylen grew up in this same Hell, she escaped her Abuser when she turned 18. From the age of 10 until she escaped at 18, Aylen, was sexually abused by her Father, Jorge. Rape began at age 15. He forced and manipulated her, he called it “playtime”. If Aylen refused, he would ground her and take away her privileges and lock her in the home. Sometimes, he would lock Aylen in the garage without any clothes or anything to cover herself with and spent multiple nights without any contact from anyone suffering in the dark cold without any dignity or basic human rights left. When this came to light, the Verastegui Sibling all decided this is not okay and cannot continue.

When Fiorella, 17 at the time, confronted Jorge about the Rape of her oldest sister, he beat her head into the ground where the metal door floor divider left her with several wounds and a concussion that left her with only minor but permanent brain damage. Again, Fiorella was manipulated to take back her accusations and clear her Father. After her Father promised to never allow Fiorella to see any of her siblings ever again, she decided to listen. She took back her allegations and even though CPS and THE POLICE were always involved and clearly saw these signs, they NEVER did their job and protected these children!

After the most recent Domestic Violence Incident in mid November left the Verastegui Siblings free from Both Parents they made a pact that they would never allow this to happen again and mustered up the courage to reach out for help.

Their oldest brother stepped in and immediately filed for emergency guardianship. After Andre was granted Temporary Guardianship, Jorge and Andrea hired a Lawyer and we all know how this system works. The ones with money and influence get their way in our nation’s court system and The Verastegui Siblings need your help to raise the funds to hire a Legal Team who will be able to fight for the safety of Gianluca and Gianinna. The Verastegui Siblings also need basic necessities, their Parents REFUSE to pay Child Support, and aside from all the costs for all these changes, they will also need to file for Child Support.
