Santa's Ladder is a charity that raises money for a selected local family, as well as Stony Brooks Children’s Hospital, during the holiday season. Please help us to raise enough money to support both worthy causes. Every bit counts!

Stony Brook Children's Hospital is Suffolk County's only dedicated children's hospital with 180 pediatric specialists and a 24-hour pediatric emergency department, serving Long Island's 400,000 children.

Your donation will help purchase specialized equipment, fund groundbreaking research and attract best-in-field physicians and nurses so they can deliver quality, family-centric care. I took the time to go visit their location to better understand the facility. Some kids are there for minor surgeries while others are literally fighting for their life. The ages range from 6 months to 18 years old. It’s amazing how every face I looked at had a smile on it!

That’s what this charity is all about! We want to keep the smiles on those faces—Come Christmas, we want them to look forward to Santa climbing up his ladder with a bag full of gifts! 

The Family in Islip that we’ve selected has been suffering for quite some time now. Even though they will remain anonymous, they are in need of our help! They are a family of five trying to make it through every day. Their continued struggle to maintain a job and to put food on the table has made it nearly impossible to even think about buying holiday gifts for the kids. Let's pay it forward and help a most deserving local family in need to have a joyous Christmas morning!
