Sam’s Shave For Paige

As many of you may already know, 4 weeks ago healthy, fit, energetic, full of life Paige Crossingham was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer at just 24 years old. The news not only shocked Paige and her family but has had a huge effect on everyone that has the pleasure of knowing her. Despite the devastating news she has stayed unbelievably strong and is ready to tackle this head on. 

Paige is only at the beginning of her journey but with the support of all her family and friends she knows she won’t be facing this alone.

So this is where I come in. My name is Sam and I have had the pleasure of working alongside Paige on and off at F45 over the past year. It’s amazing how only knowing someone for a year could have such an impact. To help raise as much money as possible for Paige and her family to get through this hurdle, I am going to get rid of my long locks. Those that know me well know how much I love my hair but I could not think of a better reason to get rid of it all!
