Sam beating cancer

Hello everyone!

My name is Sam and I have stage 4 cancer, the type of cancer is neuroendocrine tumours a slow moving rare type of cancer, which has spread from the pancreas to the liver. Please follow my journey and fundraising on TikTok @samgore34

Before I talk about treatment a little about me, I have two beautiful daughters who I absolutely adore and do anything for. Their names are Alyssa and Leila, they are 10 and 7 and they’re so amazing, funny, kind and confident! I want to be there to see them grow up, finish school and see the amazing people they will become. They are both autistic and every day I’m super proud of them and don’t want to miss any part of them growing up!!

Im also starting to run small community projects for people going through a diagnosis or know someone who is, a safe space where people can talk about what works for them (diet/exercise) it’s not a medical thing I just want to help people who are feeling alone as there is nothing like that around here currently and it’s so good to speak to people going through a similar situation.

First and foremost this money will go towards treatment not available on the NHS. I’ve had 6 months of chemotherapy, and currently on targeted radiotherapy but this are not cures, they only delay and make the disease manageable. The treatment on the NHS is also very invasive and takes its toll physically and mentally.

There is a collection of clinics in America and Mexico called Hope4Cancer who are offering new non invasive treatments, obviously these are not cheap, but they cover all aspects of non invasive treatments, nutrition and everything in between. Also there is a company called Immunyo who offer dentric cell injections and 6 months surveillance and 6 month supplementation which boosts the immune system to help it fight the cancer and tumours.

Long and short of it, these treatments cost money which I don’t have, I’ve run my first half marathon recently, and plan to do many more and other fundraising activities, if anyone has any ideas post them on my TikTok I’m open for suggestions.
