Salina Berquist's Fight

Salina's cancer made an aggressive return after 13 years of remission. 2021 has seen 3 surgeries for Salina, to remove tumors, and finally to install an infusion port for the coming chemotherapy. The oncologist doctor has assembled a panel of 3 additional doctors to review her analysis and formulate her next steps for treatment. At this time the cancer is undetermined and unclassified, as the doctor has informed "it truly is 1 or 2 in a million". Next steps has determined a course of chemotherapy over the next 6 months.

Salina is an extremely tough woman and is prepared to take the fight wherever it leads. She is an amazing wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to many, while always willing to provide a hand-up to anyone.
