Help with medical costs after accident

Hi, my name is Ingrid, I'm raising funds to help with the medical costs following a severe cycling accident. I perform and teach music for a living so I'm concerned about my livelihood in the long term and in the short term I need to access private physiotherapy and cover other medical costs in order to get treatment at a time that it's very important to progress and heal.

I have "the worst injury you can do to an arm" and had emergency surgery from the only surgeon in the south east who could do the operation. Due to being immobile for so long from the pain pre and post op I'm also learning to walk again and currently housebound. I need to cover disability travel costs to reach treatment.

I'm also dealing with a loss of income as I perform music and have lost this stream of income, and I do not get full sick pay from teaching. It's going to take me a year to recover and a lot depends on how the first few months go in terms of how much use of my arm I'll be able to have in future. Right now I'm just concerned about getting the recommended private physiotherapy and getting transport to it.
