Team Rusty Justy spendet für die Ukraine

Wir sind zwei Studenten, welche nach der Suche nach Abenteuer sind. Unser Ziel ist es mit unserem kleinen Rusty Justy so weit wie möglich zu fahren. Mit der erreichten Aufmerksamkeit für unser Projekt wollen wir Geld für die Familien in der Ukraine spenden, welche zur Zeit wegen den politischen Unruhen auf externe Hilfe und Spende angewiesen sind.
Wir werden das gesammelte Geld and Disasters Emergency Comitee (DEC) spenden, welches dieses Jahr die offizielle Spendeorganisation der Mongol Rally ist.
Die DEC besteht aus 15 Hilfsorganisationen. Jede Organisationen spezialisiert sich auf ein Gebiet. In einer Krisenzeit können so bei einem Spendenaufruf schnell und effizient die richtigen Ressourcen zu den benötigten Stellen zukommen lassen.
Die 15 Hilfsorganisationen sind: Action Against Hunger, ActionAid UK, Age International, British Red Cross, CAFOD, CARE International UK, Christian Aid, Concern Worldwide UK, International Rescue Committee UK, Islamic Relief Worldwide, Oxfam GB, Plan International UK, Save the Children UK, Tearfund and World Vision UK.

We are two Daniels on the search for adventure. Our aim is to drive our little Subaru Justy, which we’ve named Rusty Justy as far into the unknown as possible. On the way we want to explore different countries and cultures. With the gained attention for our project we would like to gather money for the people of Ukraine, which due to the current political unrest rely on external help and donations.
We will spend the money to Disasters Emergency Comitee (DEC), which is the official charity partner of the Mongol Rally this year.
When large-scale disasters hit countries without the capacity to respond, the DEC brings together 15 leading UK aid charities to raise funds quickly and efficiently. In these times of crisis, people in life-and-death situations need our help and our mission is to save, protect and rebuild lives through effective humanitarian response.
The DEC’s 15 member charities are: Action Against Hunger, ActionAid UK, Age International, British Red Cross, CAFOD, CARE International UK, Christian Aid, Concern Worldwide UK, International Rescue Committee UK, Islamic Relief Worldwide, Oxfam GB, Plan International UK, Save the Children UK, Tearfund and World Vision UK.
