My name is Will, and I'm a 22 year-old (casual) runner and mega football (⚽️) fan from Washington, D.C. I'm training for my fourth half-marathon on November 26th, 40 days from today (October 17th). On 33 of those days, I'm virtually visiting the home grounds of all 92 professional clubs in English football by running for the length of time it takes to drive from one ground to the next.

For each day of running, I'm creating a short video where I talk about the history and significance of each club encountered, and highlight a club-sponsored charity. Throughout the next 40 days, viewers and football fans will have the opportunity to pick a club in each of the four professional leagues (Premier League, EFL Championship, EFL League One, EFL League Two). At the conclusion of the series, the charity associated with the most popular club from each league will receive 25% of the fundraising total.

I decided to create this initiative not just to train for a half-marathon, but also to bring together communities of football fans, continue my passion for knowledge sharing through educational content, and spread awareness of several community-based charities across England and Wales.
