If you’re going for a run this week (adhering to social distance guidelines) can you do it for the Canadian healthcare heroes at the frontline of COVID19?
We've teamed up with Strava to bring the 5k challenge to you. After successfully raising over $10 million for UK healthcare workers, we're now asking Canadians to Run 5K, Donate $5 & Nominate 5 people to do the same - [email modificata].Heroes here to help spread the word. You can do this inside or outside, and if you can't run the full 5k don't worry!
All proceeds go to CanadaHelps COVID 19 healthcare appeal that aims to provide extra equipment & critical medical aid (including personal protective equipment) to protect frontline workers.
Your health and safety is upmost important to us, so please only do this by yourself, social distancing by 2 meters from others, and if you’re feeling healthy enough to do so.
Where is your money going?
1) Provide extra lifesaving aid & critical equipment - including things such as N95 masks, gloves and much more to protect frontline workers.
2) CanadaHelps will distribute the funds to 110 Canadian Hospital foundations and charities providing COVID-19 healthcare.
3) All proceeds will be matched by GoreMutual

Run For Heroes was originally set up to help UK to help our heroes fighting COVID-19. In a month we've raised over $10 million to support them. We want to spread this mission across the world and help other heroes too.
