Help Betty Get a New Water Heater

Dear Family,

I am reaching out to you all with an urgent request for our beloved matriarch, Betty. As you know, she has always been the heart and soul of our family, nurturing us with love and warmth through the years. Now, it’s our turn to show her the same love and support in her time of need.

For the past month, Betty has been heating water on the stove and filling her bathtub just to maintain her daily routine, and it breaks our hearts to see her struggle. She is old and she relies on her social security, which is simply not enough to cover the cost of a much-needed new water heater.

We have found a solution — a new water heater that can be installed this Monday for a total of $1,175. This is a small price to pay for the comfort and dignity Betty deserves after a lifetime of caring for all of us.

I'm asking each of you to chip in whatever you can to help make this happen. Every little bit counts, and together, we can show Betty just how much we appreciate everything she has done for us over the years. It’s time for us, the kids, to step up and reverse the roles and take care of the parents who have always been there for us.
