Rose Savicki with medical expenses

Many of you know my mom Rose Savicki, Aunt Rose, FKA Rose Graham. On Saturday she was admitted to the hospital because suddenly she could not walk or use her arms and hands. After extensive neurological tests, blood tests, MRIs, and just about any test you could think of. They have narrowed it down to Guillain-Barre Syndrome. This is a rare disease with no known cause and no cure. For the rest of my moms life, she may have flare ups that will cause her to lose to strength in her legs and arms, and cause paralysis again. Not only is she not able to use anything, but when she touches anything it is severely painful. This is because this disease eats at her nervous system. She is going to spend all of her time in a wheelchair. She is going to have to be admitted into a physical therapy rehab for the next few months as they work to do their best to help her walk again, but there is no guarantee. Once she is back home, she will now have to have a full time caretaker.

This diagnosis is going to cause so many life style changes we could have never prepared for. I have made this go fund me to help cover expenses relating to all of her treatment, physical therapy, getting a care taker, and making her home wheelchair accessible.

I know my mom would never want to ask for help from anyone. She is the type of woman to give a stranger the shirt off her back if they needed it. She spends her free time watching kids, cooking meals for the homeless, and taking care of their farm. She has given so much to everyone and it breaks my heart to see her in this condition. Anything helps.
