I'm looking to raise money for Dementia UK as some know my dad passed from this and is a charity close to my heart. I've been on a weight loss journey since July 2025, after I had a heart attack I've been given a second chance! I'm taking this with both hands and have been losing weight as part of this, So far 35kgs 5.5 Stone. To keep the motivation going into 2026, I'm going to be doing some sponsored Walks and a few other bits to help myself, but thought while I'm doing it, lets raise some money for a well worth Charity to keep that motivation going.
