Pancake griddle

A long standing tradition on the third Sunday at the Red Oak Victory in Richmond California, is our pancake breakfast.  It's a real bargain, and something quite unique to have breakfast on the deck of a WWII Victory ship.  Currently we can cook a small amount at a time  with the current diesel stove.  Our campaign is to raise enough money for the purchase of a modern griddle to cook more pancakes with less heat radiated in the galley.  The proceeds from pancake breakfast is used to restore and preserve the Red Oak Victory.
