Randy Newton 10/27/56 - 06/27/2018

This morning I received the news that my father, Randy “Hondo” Newton passed away in a fatal car accident last night. The news has hit myself, my family, and all of his loved ones so very hard and we are still trying to process everything. 

We did not expect to get this news and everyone is kind of scrambling to figure out what to do next at this point. His funeral was not a financial situation any of us were prepared to handle at this time. 

My father was a generous soul and so many of you knew him. Many more have at one point or another relied on him. I would sit beside him in his truck as he’d pull many of you from ditches in the snow, or on muddy roads after a good rain. I saw time and time again strangers sleeping on our couch when they had nowhere else to go.
