Our community is strongest because of people like Amanda Rion—an incredible teacher, a passionate basketball coach, and a dedicated community member who has always gone above and beyond to uplift those around them. Amanda has touched countless lives, inspiring students in the classroom, mentoring young athletes on the court, and being a pillar of support for anyone in need.

Recently, Amanda faced a frightening medical emergency. Over a two-day period, she experienced two, possibly three, heart attacks. She had to spend several nights in ICU and had to endure a very painful procedure. This has not only shaken her, her family, her basketball family, and her students, but has also resulted in significant medical expenses. As Amanda focuses on recovery, the mounting costs of treatment, hospital stays, and follow-up care have become a heavy burden.

Now, it’s our turn to support the person who has supported so many of us and our children. Let’s rally together to ensure she can recover without the stress of overwhelming financial strain. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help cover medical bills and other essential expenses during this challenging time.
