My name is Krisanna Smith. Most know me as Puddin. I had a freak accident on 6/12/24 that changed my life drastically for the foreseeable future. I broke my neck which has me paralyzed from the ribs down. I was transferred to The Shepherd Center in Atlanta, GA after being in Huntsville Hospital for several weeks.

We are so thankful for everything that has been done for me and my family this far. We have refrained from starting this GoFundMe for many reasons and we hate to have to do it now, but we continue to discover areas we need help in that there are no resources for. Home modifications, a wheelchair accessible vehicle, and a ramp just to name a few. Not to mention the medical bills that are rapidly stacking up with each passing day.

While my husband and I thought we were prepared for one of us to be without an income for an extended period but we were not prepared for such costly needs during that time. And with the current cost of living we weren't nearly as prepared as we thought. We realize times are tough for everyone right now so any amount you can spare is greatly appreciated.
