Hi everyone. This is the hardest thing we'll probably ever have to do. In 2011, Julie became very ill and couldn't work. We worked with our mortgage company at the time and took out a special forbearance to help us during that difficult time. Julie's health is still not great, but she's working and we're getting back on track. In February we received notice that our mortgage was sold to another lender. This past Friday we received a certified letter stating that we were in default of our mortgage and at risk of foreclosure if we didn't pay all the arears within 11 days. We are working with an attorney to fight this but there is no way we can pay this rediculous amount of money in such a short time plus all of Julie's treatments. Anything you can give will help.
