Jay is one of my best friends. He's also one of the best humans I know. He has 3 young children and married to an amazing woman.  He is a builder and does not get paid if he doesn't work. He just needed emergency surgery. He had 2 disk herniated, the nerve was pinched to a point that he lost function of his right arm and needed a 5.5 hr emergency surgery to release the pinched nerve, while having had c4, c5,c6, c7, and t1 fused together. Jay will be out of work for around 4 months. With 3 children, bills accumulate fast. Without Jay working his family can lose everything. When I say Jay is really one of the best humans I know, I truly mean it. Please help if you can.
