Help Precious improve her quality of life in Uganda.

Hi, my name is Connor and I am asking for help to fundraise money for FCDE on behalf of an organization called the Purple Ray in Rukungiri, eastern Uganda. FCDE stands for Foundation for Community Development and Empowerment, and they are an American organization that helps various charities in Africa. The Purple Ray is an organization that seeks to empower disadvantaged women and children in Uganda by providing them with life skills training, community involvement, employment, and other healthy outlets to keep them out of poverty and improve their quality of life. FCDE is partnered with Purple Ray. Precious is a Ugandan Woman that suffers from cerebral palsy after a fall she suffered at a young age. Her only caregiver is her mother since her father abandoned Precious and her 3 other siblings at a young age. After consultation from doctor's, Precious' family decided not to seek surgery due to her advanced age and high costs. Instead, FCDE and I are fundraising for a means of assisted mobility for Precious so that she can be mobile, enrolling her at a nearby school, be able to buy herself basic needs (hygiene products, food, etc.), and improve her living arrangements since she is alone at home while her mother goes to work, leaving her vulnerable to wild animals and even strangers.
