Hello my name is Barb Chapa and I am the sister of Monica Pope. As many of you are aware, on Friday June 2, 2023, my sister Monica Pope and her family lost everything including their home, and all of their belongings to a house fire in Oregon, Ohio. Thankfully, Monica and her family made it out with no injuries and are fortunate to be with us today. However, they did lose two pets. My sister is currently in a wheelchair due to a spinal surgery and is learning to walk again. Her husband is unemployed as he is her caregiver. They find themselves in a difficult position and will need assistance in rebuilding. They will have all of the love and support from Family and Friends, however, any additional assistance from the Community would make an immeasureable difference in helping them to rebuild. Your Donation will go toward Emergency Housing, replacing essential belogings and providing emotional support. Any contribution will go a very long way.
