Poor family in Romania, young mother with 3 kids

Hi, my name is Ioan, living in the Netherlands and I am trying in this way to fundraise some money to help a family in Romania, a single young mother with 3 kids, in a very difficult situation. The mother borrowed money (from a usurer) for an urgent operation in the hospital for one of her sons. This operation was urgently needed otherwise her kid could have lost his leg. Now she needs to return these money back, while every week the interest (10% every week) is adding up to the total amount. The total amount to be paid back is now just under 5,000 EUR. The situation became very difficult meanwhile as the mother had to leave her house, together with her 3 kids and lives temporarily at another single mother with 3 kids. The lender - who is now very aggressive - is looking for her every day and requests the money back, including the interest. Therefore, they need an urgent help such that she can return back to her home together with her kids. If the mother does not manage to pay back these borrowed money she will loose her house and end up on the street together with her 3 kids, as the usurer will take over her house.
