I am raising funds for my friend Shannon Sullivan, who has been diagnosed with a glioblastoma wild-type tumor and stage 4 cancer. She has had brain surgery and is undergoing chemo and radiation. She can no longer work and needs financial help with all her expenses.

Dear family, friends, clients of Shannon, we need your support during this time. An unexpected, unplanned event occurred in her that we hadn’t known was coming.

Glioblastoma IDH1-wildtype Temporal Brain Tumor, Stage 4 Cancer

At the hospital working with the Center for Neurosciences team, Shannon was diagnosed with the Glioblastoma “wildtype” brain tumor and cancer on that Saturday and Sunday. Shannon was prepped for the brain surgery. This happened on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 where they were able to reduce swelling, straighten the curved ventricle region and remove part of the tumor.

Current Treatment Journey

Now Shannon is on the road toward getting the medical help she needs to keep moving with the next step. She will be working with a wonderful team of doctors at the Center for Neurosciences. Shannon will receive chemotherapy to fight the cancer cells and radiation to keep the tumor from growing.

Shannon’s Character and Community Impact

Throughout her life, Shannon has been a passionate business owner of massage therapy, Reiki Master, Spiritual Director and Insight Timer meditation teacher. Her love to her clients and students have always been the center of who she is in gifting spiritually to others.
