Jasper was born on 5th September with a congenital neuroblastoma, he has a large tumour formed from his lower spine, which was scary close to the fluid . We knew 2 weeks before he was due to enter the world and the decision was made to deliver him in Brisbane near Queensland Children’s hospital.
After a short stay in the NICU we started living at Ronald McDonald Brisbane which meant we were separated from our daughter for some time - we came to visit when we can, but Jasper had many test and we spent a lot of time waiting on next course of action.
Jasper stared chemotherapy at 3 weeks old. Such a strong little trooper.
we are reaching out for help, as we have to travel back and fourth from Gold Coast to Brisbane for medical treatments & appointments several times a week.
This is not a journey we had planned for, cancer sucks, kids facing cancer is horrible.
thank you for helping our family in our time of need.
love the Hill family
