Hello there! My name is Kierean Raelle McKelton, my family & friends all call me "Kiwi". I am currently one year old and I was born with MPS1 Hurler Syndrome.

MPS1 Hurler Syndrome is a rare lysosomal disease with no known cure.  It is characterized by skeletal abnormalities, cognitive impairment, heart disease, respiratory failure & reduced life expectancy.

My mother & father, along with the rest of my family & friends love me very much & are devastated with the news of my terminal illness. With this illness that I carry comes a lot of financial obligations including a bone marrow transplant, enzyme replacement therapy & chemotherapy. Not to mention months of being in the hospital with my parents unable to work while caring for me there. 

With the help of the donations from our wonderful, caring & generous community my family will be at less of a hardship in maintaining the necessary bills to get us through this long difficult journey.
