Please help Sondros children lay him to rest.

Sondro was scheduled for surgery on 6/17 on his shoulder. He started having chest pains on 6/13 and posted on Facebook and told loved ones that something wasn't right. He felt like he was having a heart attack. He went to the hospital and was released within hours without proper testing being done. He went home, laid down and he never woke up! We don't understand why the hospital sent him home but the medical examiner said they believe a blood clot traveled to his heart.  His kids need help laying him to rest with some dignity and without it being a burden on them at a time like this. Please give what you can!
