Please Help my Family Move to our New Home

After getting unexpectedly divorced last year, I found myself signing a decree that said I had to sell the house we were living in. I would be responsible for the upkeep, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping and all fees arising from that. Yes I know, I got hosed, but I was a bit upset at the time about my marriage of 20 years ending.

I'm in a better place now but I am tapped out trying to get this place sold, and I don't expect I will get to keep much from the proceeds as most of that will be going towards a down payment on the house I need to finish raising my kids so I can afford the monthly payments on a writer/editor's salary. I don't have savings left and I'm afraid of sinking into credit card debt over this move.

If you're able to help me with this trying moment in my life, my kids and I would be most grateful.

I want to be able to pay for some of the expenses racked up by selling my house, moving our stuff, getting the new house ready, and if possible I would like to rebuild my savings a bit.
