I would be responsible for the upkeep, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping and all fees arising from that. Yes I know, I got hosed, but I was a bit upset at the time about my marriage of 20 years ending.

<div>I'm in a better place now  but I am tapped out trying to get this place sold, and I don't expect I will get to keep much from the proceeds as most of that will be going towards a down payment on the house I need to finish raising my kids so I can afford the monthly payments on a writer/editor's salary. I don't have savings left and I'm afraid of sinking into credit card debt over this move.
