Thank you everyone who donated to our little fundraiser previously - the donations have been sent to Maira in Pakistan where she continues to be one of only a handful of local people who really do care about the cats and dogs, in a very cruel and tough environment on the streets - THANK YOU - please continue to support her in her important work.

My name is Angela and I try to fundraise for those cats and kittens that get dumped on the streets and overlooked in places that care very little for animals. One such place is Pakistan and this is a fundraiser to support an amazing lady, Maira, who rescues and rehabilitates these cats. Maira is currently overwhelmed by the cats and kittens needing life-saving support, and she works endlessly, using her own home as a place of safety for them, and her own money to rescue, get veterinary treatment and support the cats and kittens towards a better life.

My name is Maira, and I've dedicated myself to rescuing abused and neglected cats from the streets. What started as helping one injured kitten has grown into caring for multiple cats who had nowhere else to turn.

Every day, I encounter cats suffering from injuries, infections, malnutrition, and the emotional scars of abuse. I take them in, provide medical care, food, shelter, and the love they deserve - all from my own limited resources.

The expenses have become overwhelming. I pay for veterinary bills for emergency treatments and surgeries, ongoing medication for cats with chronic conditions, special diets for those recovering from malnutrition, essential vaccines and preventative care, and spay/neuter procedures to prevent more homeless cats.

Every contribution, regardless of size, directly impacts these innocent lives. Even small donations can help feed a rescued cat for a week, cover basic medical tests, help with vaccination and deworming, or contribute to emergency surgical procedures.

I document each cat's journey to recovery and am transparent about how all funds are used. I can provide receipts and updates on the cats you're helping to save.
