A dear friend and family member is in need of help. She is unhoused and three months ago she went missing. After much searching, she finally felt safe enough to reach out. Things had gotten very bad, but she is now in a safer, more stable place.

She and her mom, who is on a fixed income, are now in need of financial support for her treatment and day-to-day life. With the trauma our friend experienced, treatment will be expensive and will likely take 3-5 more months to access.

As her mom has said, "it takes a village...collectively, a difference can be made to help restore health, hope and faith in humanity for all those involved." It has been a very trying time and we are all optimistic, but there is a lot of work to do still.

Our friend has been active in supporting others in positions such as hers and has finally given too much of herself. Please do what you can to support her.
