Please help Bella feel better

Hi my name is Sarah. This is Bella and she is in need of emergency surgery to save her life. She is her Owners best friend and he will be devastated without her. He lost his cat last month unexpectedly and now his sweet girl is sick. If you can help in any way both her and her Owner Tristan would be so grateful. It would make my heart so happy to help her feel better.
