Plea - support & blessing - premature baby Aliyan

Hello,

I am Suhail Asrar Ahmed, brother of Faisal Nisar Ahmed. I am fundraising on behalf of my brother and his family including his wife Raffath Begum and sweet newborn Aliyan Abeer Ahmed. Aliyan is Faisal and Raffath Begum's first child who was born premature at 27 weeks in August 2021 after an intense and emergent C-section. Aliyan weighed a mere 1lbs and 4 ounces at birth and is in the NICU at Rainbow Hospital, Hyderabad, India. Baby Aliyan continues to be on ventilator since birth. Currently, Aliyan weighs 3.5lbs and is under the high-end treatment and critical care at Rainbow Hospital.

The family is grateful to all the staff at the Rainbow Hospital for their prompt action and ongoing excellent care at the NICU. However, Aliyan continues to be in critical condition and is likely to be in NICU till Feb’22. Amidst the premature birth of Aliyan and unexpected circumstances, the family has fallen into deep financial burden. As Raffath takes care of Aliyan in the NICU, Faisal is trying incredibly hard, day and night, to make ends meet by working at a Dunkin Donuts in Princeton, New Jersey. Besides all their effort, the family does not have enough funds to provide the appropriate care for Baby Aliyan including lengthy hospital bills over $70,000 (INR 50+ lakhs) as of November 2021 and continuing hospital expenses that will add up to extra $80,000 to $100,000 by the time Aliyan's condition is stabilized enough to be discharged (expected February 2022).

I, Suhail Asrar Ahmed, am asking for continued prayers for my brother's family and for any donations to provide relief to this family. All donations will go towards Baby Aliyan's hospitalization expenses, post-hospitalization follow-ups, as well as family travel bills during this difficult time.
